Eclipse spark igniters (also called spark electrodes or spark plugs in burner applications) create the high-voltage electrical spark that ignites the fuel-air mixture at burner startup. Flame Rods Eclipse Flame Rods — 13093 Series, 12392 Series, 10002242

Eclipse flame rods (flame sensing rods / ionization rods) detect the presence of a flame by conducting a small ionization current through the flame to ground. A failed or fouled flame rod causes nuisance lockouts — the burner control sees no flame signal and shuts down even when the burner is firing. Eclipse flame rods are available in 1/4" NPT (13093 series) and 3/4" NPT (12392 series) in multiple lengths for different burner and furnace configurations.

ALO Valves Eclipse Adjustable Limiting Orifice Valves — 500605–500609

Eclipse Adjustable Limiting Orifice (ALO) valves are V-port, brass body valves used in industrial gas combustion valve trains to set and limit the maximum gas flow to a burner or zone. The unique V-port design allows for extremely fine gas flow and air/gas ratio adjustment. Maximum inlet pressure: 40 PSI. Available in five sizes from 3/4" to 2" NPT — the 500605 through 500609 series covers the full range used in commercial and industrial gas valve trains.
