Return Policy
Returns without the runaround.
Every return starts with an RMA — Return Merchandise Authorization. If the return is our fault, the RMA fee is waived. Contact us to get one started.

Warranty returns
Warranty coverage is set directly by the manufacturer — Memphis Control Center doesn't add or override it. Most manufacturers don't cover return shipping on warranty claims, so factor that in.
