RETURN POLICY
All returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). RMA fees will be waived if the return is due to an error on our part.

WARRANTY RETURNS
Warranty policies are determined directly by the manufacturer. Memphis Control Center, Inc. does not provide additional warranty coverage. Please be aware that most manufacturers do not cover shipping costs for warranty claims.
NON-WARRANTY RETURNS
Non-stock Items:
Returns and any applicable restocking fees are at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Stock Items (Non-Warranty):
- Cancellations made prior to shipment: No charges apply.
- Returns within 10 days of shipment: No restocking fee.
- Returns between 11-30 days of shipment: 10% restocking fee.
- Returns between 31-60 days of shipment: 20% restocking fee.
- Returns after 60 days from shipment: No returns allowed.
Items must be returned in resalable condition with original packaging and literature to be considered for return. If the packaging or documentation is missing or damaged, a repackaging fee will apply.

ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business days from the time they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
- If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated ship date.
SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including ground and expedited shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the delivery location.
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivered by the next business day.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carrier methods. Please provide a physical address when placing your order to ensure smooth delivery.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

MEMPHIS CONTROL CENTER INC. TERMS OF ACCESS AGREEMENT
This Terms of Access Agreement governs the terms between you and Memphis Control Center Inc. regarding your use of our website ("Site"). Please read these terms carefully.
