The Legend T-431 is a rising stem bronze steam angle radiator valve -- the most widely used radiator valve for cast iron steam and hot water radiator service. Legend float valves control water level automatically in boiler feed tanks, expansion tanks, water storage tanks, and other vessels where a constant water level is required. As the water level drops, the float drops and opens the valve; as the level rises, the float rises and closes the valve. T-30 = compact brass float valve (1/2" and 3/4"). T-31 = standard brass float valve (1" through 2"). T-32 = male x male (MxM) end connections (1/2" and 3/4"). Complete assemblies include float rods in 1/4"-20 and 5/16"-18 thread, copper floats in 5", 6", and 7" sizes, and plastic floats.
