Description
The Fireye UV1A50 is a non-self-checking ultra-violet flame scanner designed for reliable flame detection in industrial and commercial burner applications. Built with a durable 1/2" NPT threaded connector and a 50-foot TC-ER rated cable, this model offers extended installation range and secure performance in exposed cable runs.
Its quartz UV tube detects the presence of flame by ionizing a gas inside the tube when exposed to UV radiation. This ionization enables current flow between electrodes, generating a flame signal that is sent to compatible Fireye controls.
