Description
Fireye MAUV1 UV Amplifier – 2 to 4 Second FFRT
Model: MAUV1
Type: Ultra-Violet Flame Amplifier
Compatible With: UV1, UV2, 45UV3 UV Scanners
Response Time (FFRT): 2 to 4 Seconds
Description
The Fireye MAUV1 is a UV amplifier designed for use with the M-Series II modular flame safeguard system. This unit provides precise ultraviolet flame sensing capabilities with a Flame Failure Response Time (FFRT) of 2 to 4 seconds, making it ideal for commercial gas or light oil burner applications.
When installed in a compatible M-Series II chassis (such as the MC120, MC120R, or MC120P) with the appropriate programmer module, the MAUV1 enables reliable detection of flames that emit ultraviolet radiation using Fireye UV scanners, including UV1, UV2, and 45UV3.
The modular design of the M-Series II system allows for maximum flexibility. Amplifier modules like the MAUV1 can be easily swapped to change flame sensing technology or alter system response time without rewiring.
