The Fireye® M4RT1 is a compact and reliable integrated flame rectification control designed to provide automatic ignition and continuous flame monitoring for commercial gas-fired burners and process heating applications.
With built-in amplifier and programmer, the M4RT1 streamlines installation while maintaining critical safety functions. The unit uses a Flame Rod or UV90L-2 UV scanner for flame detection, and features recycle operation with fixed and jumper-selectable settings for ignition sequences.
It includes factory-set purge (5 seconds) and PTFI (10 seconds) timing via onboard jumpers, while the Flame Failure Response Time (FFRT) is set at 3 seconds. LED indicators offer at-a-glance operating status for easy diagnostics and system monitoring.
