Description
The Fireye BLV512 is a rugged, microprocessor-based keypad and display module designed for use with the BurnerLogix burner management control system. Featuring a clear 2-line by 16-character OLED display and an integrated keypad, it provides detailed language descriptors of burner operating status, configuration settings, and diagnostic lockout information.

The BLV512 enhances burner operation monitoring by allowing users to easily navigate menus to check current system conditions, review programmer configurations, and access lockout history. It supports remote mounting with NEMA 4 enclosure protection, making it suitable for harsh environments.

Compatible with the BurnerLogix YB110/YB230 chassis and interchangeable programmer modules, the BLV512 integrates seamlessly into the system to deliver real-time flame signal readouts, fuel valve status, operational hours, and cycle counts. It also supports Modbus communications via RS485 for integration with higher-level control or data acquisition systems.

This display module contributes to reliable and safe burner operation by providing critical information that aids troubleshooting and system management.
