Description
Bell & Gossett 110133 – 1" Bronze ASME Relief Valve, 75 PSI Set, 2,385,000 BTU/hr Capacity
Overview
The Bell & Gossett 110133 Relief Valve is engineered to protect fired and unfired hot water vessels by safely relieving excess pressure. Designed in compliance with ASME Section IV standards, this valve is certified by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors to ensure reliability and safety in heating applications.
Constructed from durable bronze with brass internal parts, it features an EPDM diaphragm that provides enhanced sealing performance. This valve’s large effective area, about five times greater than conventional pop-type valves, minimizes fouling and promotes smooth operation. Its low opening-to-closing pressure differential helps prevent water hammer and steam flashing in the system.
